- 100% growth in participants (113 new girls) for a total of 226 girls in grades 1st-8th grade
- 8 more small groups started for a total of 26 along the Front Range .
- Reached 4 more cities for a total of 12 cities within Colorado
Pray for our VISION for 2023: “Casting our Nets”
- Pray as we take this ministry across state lines! Friends in other states will be able to start a Beauties group in Fall 2023!
- We heard you and we are developing a new, easy to use website with local web developers in Erie, Colorado
- We do not want money to be an obstacle, so we are moving to a 100% donor-funded ministry, so please consider Beauties in your giving!
- Meet with leaders in small groups at the beginning of the year to encourage and support.
What We Currently Need
We are growing (!) and we need people to support this ministry:
1. Prayers for our board, leaders and girls that participate in Beauties.

We must have a treasurer (critical need) to meet the requirements of the state. We are grateful to our previous treasurer who served faithfully for 3 years! We are looking for a Vice President that will work closely with me for a year and then move into the position of President in 2024. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the mission and can use his/her business development skills to lead this organization into its next fruitful season. We are praying for a Fundraiser Lead who will develop ways to raise money and implement the plan with the support of fellow board members and additional volunteers. Finally, we are looking for a Website/Digital Lead, someone who enjoys computers and is comfortable managing a website, which will be on WordPress. Please feel free to share these needs with others.
